If you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@wildpetal.store. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please remember that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for without any delays.
Damages and Issues: We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to resolving any issues and making it right for you.
Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
